All UK credit and debit card transactions are processed via Nochex a trusted secure UK card payment processor and will appear on your credit card statement as Nochex not Moto Velo. We also accept cheques and postal orders although no goods will ship without cleared funds. If you are have any difficulties in ordering, please contact us.

Please be aware that as many products are imported direct from Germany there is a typical order process time of seven to ten days. We will gladly ship outside of the UK with the exception of the USA owing to high shipping costs and customs procedures. Please contact us first in order that we can provide accurate shipping costs.
